Order Processing Time: 2–3 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Transit Time: 8 to 9 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will get an email from sales@famejackets.com with your order number and other information.
You will get an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.
As soon as your order arrives, we will be happy to send you an email to let you know.
Delivery Service Providers: We work with FedEx and DHL to make sure that deliveries are quick and safe. When you order from FameJackets, shipping is always free.
Shipping is free: We are shipping for free all across the US.
Delivery Time: An email will let you know when your order has shipped and give you a tracking ID. It will take about 2–3 business days to process free shipping and 8–9 business days to get to you.
Shipping Locations: We can only ship within the United States, and we can’t ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs.
Lost Packages: If your item says it was delivered but you haven’t received it, please double-check the mailing address.
Look at every place in your house where a delivery could be made.
Check with family or neighbors to see whether they will receive the package.
Give the courier your tracking number to start a claim.
If someone says your package is lost, please email us straight away at sales@famejackets.com and mention your order number.
We will either send your item again or give you your money back, depending on what you want.
