Order Cancellation Policy

At Fame Jackets, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure every customer receives their purchase without unnecessary delays. If you need to cancel your order, please review the cancellation terms below.

Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email and receive a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number so we can process your request promptly.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

Once the initial 24-hour period has passed, your order may already be in production, quality inspection, or reserved for shipment. As a result, the following processing charges will apply:

  • After 24 hours: A 30% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • After 48 hours: A 45% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Deadline

Please note the following important conditions:

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only within 7 days of your order confirmation.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still request a refund through our 30-Day Return Policy.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Receive your order.
  2. Contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization.
  3. Return the item in its original, unused condition.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
