Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Within 30 days, you can easily return it.

You have up to 30 days after you get your order to return or exchange the item if you meet the following conditions.

You must return the item with all of its tags, packing, and attachments, and it must not have been used or washed.

Please let us know within 72 hours if there is a problem with the size, damage, or defect.

We won’t take back or exchange anything after 30 days.

How to Return or Exchange

To make sure your return or exchange goes smoothly, please follow these steps:

  • You can’t return or exchange orders that are customized, modified, or made to fit.
  • The consumer has to pay for the return shipping unless the item is wrong or broken.
  • Our team will give you a Returned Authorization Number (RMA). This number needs to be within your packaging.
  • Clearly write the RMA on the top of the box that you are sending back.
  • Please submit any returns to the address that our customer service team gives you.
  • You have 30 days following delivery to ask for a return, not 24 hours.
  • We will check the item you sent back and either allow or deny your return or exchange within 2 to 3 business days of receiving it.
  • Refunds that have been granted will be sent back using the same payment method.

Unacceptable Return Condition

You can’t return or exchange if you:

  • You unintentionally placed an order, but it was processed or dispatched.
  • The item is broken, dirty, or missing tags or packaging.
  • Requests for returns are made after 30 days.
  • The item is manufactured to order or custom-made.
  • Canceling an Order
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the date and time you placed it.
  • After 24 hours, orders may be in the works. There is a 30% cancellation fee in certain situations.
  • If you cancel your order more than three days after placing it, you will have to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Once an order has been sent, it cannot be canceled.

Policy for Exchanges

You can swap the item if it is broken, damaged, or not what you ordered. 

  • We give you free replacement items. The purchaser will have to pay for shipping, nevertheless, unless we made a mistake.
  • If the item is still in its original, unused condition, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.
  • Items that are broken or not working right

If you get something that is broken or not working right: 

  • Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of getting your order.
  • Please send pictures or videos that clearly explain what the problem is.
  • We will look into the claim and give you a new item or your money back if we need to.
  • Orders that were lost or not received
  • If you haven’t gotten your order by the time it was supposed to arrive or if it looks like it’s misplaced.
  • You can get in touch with us through our website or by email.
  • If the delivery doesn’t arrive, we’ll call the courier to find out what happened and provide you a refund or a new one.

Fees for restocking and duties for customers

  • We don’t charge costs for restocking.
  • Depending on where the customer is, they are responsible for all import taxes, tariffs, or local fees.

Time to Process Returns and Refunds

  • Our team will check your returned package within 2–3 business days after receiving it.
  • Depending on the payment provider, it could take up to five business days for your refund to show up in your account.
  • You will get an email after your refund or exchange has been handled.
